Update 0.33

So as some might have noticed the last half of this month involved Twilight Fracture getting updated a number of times. I set aside free time in order to both add on to and generally polish the game.  After having gotten this update done I am going to be taking a break from this project for the month of March.

Brief change log:

- Polished up a few of the areas.

- Added more to the current plot. 

- Removed the screen tint event so hopefully the dim screen bug will quit happening.
